Olive Leaf Extract, 15% or higher, is a natural antibacterial, antifungal, antiparasitic, that is also a stimulant to many, & should not be take prior to bedtime if you are among the many. During the first two weeks of taking this substance, drink much more water than usual because there will be a massive die-off of these microbes, leaving behind the debris, which must be flushed out. To achieve the blood pressure lowering benefits, after the first two weeks, begin taking the therapeutic dose of 6 to 8 caps 2 to 3 times daily. The drop in blood pressure will be dramatic. If you are already on blood pressure meds lessen the dosage until it no longer becomes necessary. Your doctor will assume that his prescription is what so dramatically changed your condition. When I was given prescription blood pressure meds, the side effects were congestive heart failure, & kidney failure even though the doctor changed the meds to a different med 4 times. The congestive heart failure first presented as a cough. The kidney failure caused massive swelling & fluid retention, to which the doctor wanted to add a diuretic which causes more heart problems & more side effects. I stopped all meds cold turkey, started on the Olive Leaf Extract & never went back. My blood pressure had been 214 over 134, & I was having strokes. Once beginning the natural substance, I have never had a blood pressure problem again.
Celery also will lower blood pressure quickly. The recommendation is 4 raw sticks daily. Celery Seed capsules are also available for those who have a problem eating that much celery daily, however, the raw sticks works much faster, & is more effective. Every natural substance that is listed in these discussions for lowering blood pressure is useful for that purpose, & also has other useful & healthful benefits. Since these are all natural substances, the risk of side effects are almost none. Sometimes there might be an allergy. For example if there is an allergic reaction to tomatoes in you health history, then be cautious when you first start taking Lycopene, but food allergies do not always translated into a reaction from the substances. If there are no allergies, it will do no harm to take every substance together that is known to lower blood pressure.

Ok,... We are stocking UP on the Celery>>>
I always keep some celery in the house too since I found out about it. There are actually a few things that I can to do make the celery go down a little better. I like natural peanut butter to use as a dip or filler, as well as cream cheese, homemade bean dip, fresh homemade sour cream dips, vegetable yogurt dips, or deviled egg dips, or fillers. It can even be a whole nutritious light lunch served this way with some fresh fruit on the side, & with cheese or nuts, even fresh green onions, olives, & wheat crackers. Are your taste buds tingling yet? Even the kids beg for celery when they get to eat it "party style" like this. And for hyper-kids, this helps to calm them down naturally. After eating celery, the kids mellow out, which is soooo very nice for parents. Juice sweetened homemade Jams with those wheat crackers & cream cheese makes a great dessert for the kids too without filling them up with anything artificial. You can treat your blood pressure without having to choke down something that tastes worse than medicine, & have fun with it at the same time. Boring food is no fun. Get creative, & have fun!
actually that was very appetizing...I like to eat the celery with apple...I crave sweet with salty or sour...a great combination!
