Do we realize that Yohannon is teaching a Qabbalist doctrine from the mystics teachings regarding the Adam Qadmon in Jewish Mysticism, perhaps not.
In as much as I believe that these have a bearing upon Ezekiel's vision of the Merkabah and other such references in the Pseudepigraphic literature, the Writings of the Apostles and the Rabbinic Literature, etc. or more understandable in the Tanya the Psychology of the soul?
