I am a Sephardi Jew..Not a Xian,....Yeshua was a Jewish man Yet it seems some people have forgotten that small yet important detail and he was not running off at the mouth with some new testament theology, He was in fact relying on old Rabbinic teachings as the cornerstone of much of what he and other taught at the time.
I suggest you read the Life and times of Hillel by Aronson also Jesus the Pharisee by Harvey Falk to get a better perspective of the times and teachings that were prevalent.

Surprising how many people who say they want to be more like him [Yeshua] have not a clue past their denominational structure what that would entail.
Well for one, OBEDIENCE and Discipline is foremost. "Emunah is the word faith and faithfulness' or as He spoke to me "Son I am building your mansion brick by brick by your faithfulness and obedience"
That sounded pretty intimate from Him to me, so I have stayed the path as best as I could for the most part.

A quick read of Matthew / MattithYAHu 5:v17-20 would clear up any misconceptions of what Yeshua was teaching.

There is not one iota of evidence in the New Testament records that Yeshua ever departed from the religion of his people, which was the Scriptural worship of the prophets.


His every act and word emphasized the fact that He came not to destroy the law or the prophets (that is, the Holy Scriptures), but rather to obey them, fulfilling them in every yod and tittle. "Think not that I am come to destroy the {Torah} law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfill."- Matt. 5:17.
Fulfill means to "Walk it out" used as a Hebrew idiom.

Study the roots of the faith and get past the theological mush of most seminaries and you will find yourself dealing with deep Rabbinics.
Wake up folks there was no new testament at the time Rome compiled a few letters and thereby infiltrated Dogma hundreds of years later that was tainted or tilted to an anti Semitic way of life.
No obedience, no deeds of notable value as a foundation just believe in the Hellenistic view and bring an offering to our alter is what the theme is for the most part.

Hebrew/ Jews do not like there TaNaKh/ Holy Bible being called old.
It is the bottom line of all truth It is the word of G-D given to Moshie at Sinai where the marital Covenant with G-D and His' [YAHweh's] sons' and daughters' took place.
Along with the writings of the Navi's [ prophets] to the people Israel,... It is the Scrolls [the megillah] of Adonai/G-d and they are the root of your faith.
The SON of G-D is Israel the nation,...the prophet Isaiah /YesaYAHu told us who they are.
The SON of man is Abel who's blood stills cries out from the ground. Keep in mind He too will judge. '
It is also why the Bar Mitzvot' ceremony for the young men who come of age (13) Meaning SON of the Commands'

Trust me Christology 101 after about a year in the cave of learning the historical and linguistic truth will make everything else pale in comparison.

Did you know that the Rome version is anti Semantic?

In my opinion ROME lied,.... What was really happening that they leave out for those who do not study Historical facts[ It is written in all the Jewish history books if you really want to know] is that it was a Baal Teshuva [ Repentance] Movement that Yeshua and others like the Essene priesthood and the House of Hillel were trying to do to get the wayward Jews and Gentiles to Repentance. It is all based upon the seven Noahide laws given to Humanity,.. that includes you reading this blog post
It was partly described in the discourse in Acts 15..the Binding and loosing of Noahide laws is the discussion basically
Other wise they would not have a place in the world to come.

The Opposing House of Shammai who was in control of the Temple grounds along with the Zionists who were looking for a messiah to show up with a sword and destroy their captors were in direct opposition to Hillel's teaching of Torah obedience and what Yeshua was working toward the restoration of wayward Hebrews/Israelite's and gentiles who were not in obedience to the Noahide laws.

The Zionist were the reason the second Temple was destroyed.
They started a riot against the Romans and second to that the Shammite Priests refused a sacrifice from Caesar, at which point He [Caesar] sent in his troops to do the job.
He would show them who was in charge and so they lost the Temple For "Anger without a cause"

If you understood the deeper levels of Judaism which is the root of all world religion, Then you would have not problem with what is historical truth, compared with that which is a mis-construct of infiltrated paganism handed down from Rome...The truth will set you free.

Ask a Jew they know the Real truth. Why?... they understand that the Messiah is in every one of us they understand that we are all one in the Divine.

How many Jews are there They will tell you their is only ONE' for we are all part of the One' the Divine creation of the Messiah Type within That is in common terms of KJV ""the Kingdom within""

That is the Adam Qadmon.

Lastly the real church is a house to house,...breaking bread fellowship in the community teaching Torah unto the people and going about doing good

That is what every Jew is taught to do and this has been the main teaching for thousands of years before the Temple period..It is what a true Hasidim and a true Tzaddik does They all operate in close connection with the Divine and they go about doing Good As that was the Commands from Sinai...People Read Read read your Bible until it becomes seamless within you.
Then you will spit out the wood stubble and hay ...
Study the History of Judaism that is the root of what you believe

Yeshua stated He did not come to destroy the Torah [ Law] but that he came to walk it out...[Matthew/MattithYAHu 5:v7-9]...John later stated in First John that those who say' they ABIDE in Yeshua should walk as He walked{Ask your self in comparison do you obey the Torah teachings as he obeyed?]
Remember We are to become a Holy people >Kings only deal with precious items It is time to go up the mountain and seek that which was lost.....Do not be afraid to renew your journey,.. as the Children in the wilderness did~~~ Deuteronomy 5:v5
To better understand G-D you have to dig down through the religeous quagmire heaped upon us by the 23,000 variations of Christology in the world.

If you think all that division is a culmination of Yeshua's prayer 'That we become ONE with the Father as He was ONE with the Father'... we need to talk...

STUDY STUDY STUDY or one day you may hear "depart I knew you not"
A worker of inequity is one who did not teach the Torah unto the children..It is a Mandate In Jerusalem within the walled city there were 480 Houses of teaching not including those outside the walls. We are to teach Torah Basics to the children Generation to Generation.

The Jewish children start at the age of five reading the Tanakh [ the Hebrew bible trust me it reads deeper than the English versions]
At the age of Ten they start out learning the Talmud
At the age of 13 they are bar Mitzvot which means they become a SON of the covenant' the Biological father prays at the ceremony and releases his son into the hands of YAHweh for a lifetime of continual education.

Judaic study is so much more a RICH meal than the Xianism basics most of you will ever learn..

IF you do not study the roots of your faith~~IMO that is a real tragedy.
If you think I do not know the difference I can truly say I do. I studied under some well meaning and respected men and more so I feel I' walked out the walk of Christology for 20 years, until a prophetic word to get real serious.
I realized it was in conflict with the real historical and linguistic walk of Yeshua. It failed the litmus test of piety for the most part and unified as Ehud was another major problem, All I could see was a dis-jointed body.
A failure to establish the government of church where the people come under its wing as a community where we are all Chaverim [ friends] we are a breaking bread house to house fellowship we are to be community Sadly it is not so

Maybe I am different,... I do like that different drum of Yeshayahu 58:v to cl 6-7 the fast to take care of the brethren, to be a storehouse in the time of need to clothe those without.
The real Jewish /Biblical walk is immersed in Tzedakah in acts of benevolent giving so that none go without.
Yes I heard HIM/YAHweh call me by name forty three years ago.
Yes I' fed the multitudes and clothed the naked, even been used to raise a dead baby to life. Used a few times It misses the Cleaving with the divine the Devekut /Cleaving like a child to its nurturing mother. it is the grip of life it is an all abiding walk of discipline in the Ruach ha'kodosh.
The abiding walk is to actualize the word within [ All that Torah study, all that meditation, all that discipline released like a wellspring] and bring it out to the community.
That My friend is water walking power, that is what Yeshua and the Essene priesthood was trying to teach.
When the wellsprings overflow from you'

When you can become a SON of G-D' through intimacy with the Divine why would you settle for less...

All else is IMHO is foolishness....
