U.S. vaccine court denies family's autism case

WASHINGTON (Reuters) – A special U.S. court ruled against three families on Thursday who claimed vaccines caused their children's autism.

The Vaccine Court Omnibus Autism Proceeding ruled against the parents of Michelle Cedillo, Colten Snyder and William Yates Hazlehurst, who had claimed that a measles, mumps and rubella vaccines had combined with other vaccine ingredients to damage the three children.

"I conclude that the petitioners have not demonstrated that they are entitled to an award on Michelle's behalf," Special Master George Hastings, a former tax claims expert at the Department of Justice, wrote in the Cedillo ruling.

The families sought payment under the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program, a no-fault system that has a $2.5 billion fund built up from a 75-cent-per-dose tax on vaccines.

No judges but instead three "special masters" heard the three test cases representing thousand of other petitioners.

They asked whether a combination vaccine for measles, mumps and rubella, or MMR, plus a mercury-containing preservative called thimerosal, caused the children's symptoms.

"The evidence does not support the general proposition that thimerosal-containing vaccines can damage infants' immune systems," Hastings wrote, after reviewing tens of thousands of documents and hours of oral arguments.

Michelle's parents argued that she was a normal baby until she received the vaccine.

Experts say parents often link vaccines with their children's symptoms because they are vaccinated at an age when autism and related disorders are often first diagnosed.

NO EVIDENCE

Two Institute of Medicine reports, in 2001 and 2004, reviewed the evidence and determined there was no link between vaccines and autism. Many other studies have also shown no link, but a small and vocal group of parents continue to press the cases.

"Considering all of the evidence, I found that the petitioners have failed to demonstrate that thimerosal-containing vaccines can contribute to causing immune dysfunction, or that the MMR vaccine can contribute to causing either autism or gastrointestinal dysfunction," the ruling from Hastings said.

"I further conclude that while Michelle Cedillo has tragically suffered from autism and other severe conditions, the petitioners have also failed to demonstrate that her vaccinations played any role at all in causing those problems."

Hastings also rejected an argument that some children may be genetically "hypersusceptible" to mercury.

More than 5,300 cases had been filed by parents who believed vaccines may have caused autism in their children and were seeking payment under the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program. Under the program, someone injured by a vaccine does not have to prove the vaccine actually caused his or her injuries.

All they need to do is establish that vaccines sometimes cause that particular condition or injury, as the three test cases sought to prove. The no-fault payout system is meant to protect vaccine makers from costly lawsuits that drove many
out of the vaccine-making business.

How many parents are feeling the same way? This is a scandal and a travesty for all of those families that have suffered and had their lives changed forever, and their children lost to then even though they yet live.

I for one am appalled and outraged at this conspiracy. It reminds me of a story that came from the CDC. When it came time for teams of doctors at the CDC to investigate chronic fatigue syndrome, the government intervened. They gave instructions that the doctors could come up with any other reason for this syndrome except they were not having another rotovirus like AIDS to hang it on.

So 4 out of every 6 people with chronic fatigue suddenly had a herpes virus. Then others had mono, and the list went on and could have stretched around the building.

This went on for years. Then one year at an international conventions of doctors investigating chronic Fatigue Syndrome in Florida, a doctor from New Zealand arrived with enlarged microphotographs of this virus that has been causing all of the problems.

Right in the middle of all of the debates, this mild mannered New Zealand doctor walked to the podium with his extra large envelope. He announced his regrets at the political repression that had been responsible for the cover-ups in the US. He withdrew his photo enlargements from the extra large envelope, and held them up for the audience to see.

A hush feel on the room. Some of the doctors in the heavy and almost violent debates, especially those pushing for a herpes virus to blame it on, were now in silence. Some of the doctors who had been the most outspoken, quietly gathered their things and left the room.

Now treatment could be found to cure this virus, but even with the evidence right in front of their eyes, our own government would not allow the factual findings. If a cure is found, then millions or even billions would be lost by big pharmaceuticals , and the medical industry as a whole. So American sufferers have to keep suffering and even dying to keep the lie alive for the sake of mega bucks. What one human life is worth all of the wealth on earth?

This is an outrage about how this trial was all set up for a coverup. How many more families will have to be ruined and lives devastated purposely to weaken the family, and destroy lives and families.

These vaccines, not just this one in particular, but all of them, have been proven NOT to prevent disease, and often cause the diseases they were designed to prevent, and with devastating side effects. There are hundreds and thousands or reported injuries and deaths from these vaccines. More people especially infants and children, die from the shots than die from the diseases they were suppose to prevent. They also destroy the immune system which sets the children up for future sickness, injury and death.

This is population control working through government sources to mandatorily fill the infants and children full of genocidal poisons. This is an insidious plot to decrease population by forced injections of these grotesque deadly toxins, by writing them into the laws. It seems that after a while when they are paying disability benefits to millions of children and families, that they would see that it is also costing them to perpetrate this violence upon the families.

There is also a warning on the little pieces of paper that is stuffed into every box the viles of vaccines comes in. Among other things, it warns that anyone who has a sensitivity to any dairy sources, should NOT receive the vaccines. Every doctor, nurse, and health official totally ignores this warning, and gives it to the victims intentionally knowing it will harm or even kill them. Pediatricians have become little more than abortion doctors who kill their patients later than the womb.
