The terrorists in the federal government are continuing their push to implement a cashless economic enslavement system. According to a legislative notice from the U.S. Senate, a new Housing Bill (HR 3221) contains a provision that will require nearly every online credit card transaction to be reported directly to the Internal Revenue Service. The insanity of this is obvious and it is nothing more than a way to give the government a means to track and trace as many private transactions as humanly possible. Previously, Visa's CEO has stated that it is their goal to establish a cashless society by the year 2012. As technology increases, a greater number of businesses are accepting credit card payments. It wasn’t too long ago that fast food restaurants wouldn’t accept anything but cash for payment, now almost all of them accept credit cards. We are also starting to see biometrics utilized as a way to facilitate transactions. The bottom line is that there is an agenda at play to setup a cashless system that will allow the elite to take total control over the global economy.
These people want to eliminate privacy in mutual exchanges and this is another step in doing just that

The following is taken off of the legislative notice from the U.S.
Senate Bill summary describing this draconian reporting scheme within HR 3221

The proposal requires information reporting on payment card and third party network transactions. Payment settlement entities, including merchant acquiring banks and third party settlement organizations, or third party payment facilitators acting on their behalf, will be required to report the annual gross amount of reportable transactions to the IRS and to the participating payee. Reportable transactions include any payment card transaction and any third party network transaction. Participating payees include persons who accept a payment card as payment and third party networks who accept payment from a third party settlement organization in settlement of transactions. A payment card means any card issued pursuant to an agreement or arrangement which provides for standards and mechanisms for settling the transactions. Use of an account number or other indicia associated with a payment card will be treated in the same manner as a payment card. A de minimis exception for transactions of $10,000 or less and 200 transactions or less applies to payments by third party settlement organizations. The proposal applies to returns for calendar years beginning after December 31, 2010. Back-up withholding provisions apply to amounts paid after December 31, 2011. This proposal is estimated to raise $9.

Groups like Freedomworks and companies like EBay have already come out denouncing this provision. The bottom line is that the federal government has no right to demand this type of information. Not only that, but how does the IRS intend on securing this information that they are going to collect from all of these online transactions? The whole concept is ridiculous and an obvious invasion of privacy. This is just another control mechanism that is being put in place so the establishment can eventually have the capabilities to track and trace every single electronic transaction. Clearly, a totalitarian big brother system is being put into place, and these criminals in Washington DC are just trying to take it to another level by hiding this provision in a 600+ page bill.
It is a disgrace

A few months ago, Elliot Spitzer the former New York Governor was forced out because his financial transactions were tracked back to the purchase of prostitution services. The banks already have the ability to track and trace transactions with impunity.
This provision will centralize control to track and trace almost all electronic financial transactions and that is not a good thing

It is unfortunate that we have a bunch of control freak Nazis that want to do these things, but this is the agenda. The modern day priest class that is in control seeks the total destruction of economic privacy and they are doing an excellent job at doing just that. They’ve managed to get everybody addicted to this cashless society and now they are bringing in the enslavement apparatus to track and trace activity within it. At first all transactions will be conducted using credit and debit cards, then it will be by way of biometrics, then it will be an implantable microchip. Or who knows, maybe they’ll just skip biometrics and go directly to an implantable microchip. Either way, the agenda is painfully clear, and it is completely unacceptable. Hopefully this legislation will get defeated, but we shouldn’t be holding our breath either.

Protesters gathered Wednesday afternoon at the opening of the RFID in Fashion conference in New York City to urge clothing manufacturers and retailers not to embed tracking chips into articles of clothing

The industry conference, one of several hosted by RFID Journal magazine, allows clothing manufacturers to learn the state of the RFID industry and meet with RFID suppliers and industry executives. RFID, or radio frequency identification, is a small chip with a unique identifying number which can be read from as far away as 30 feet.
The RFID in Fashion conference is being held Wednesday and Thursday at the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York

But at this conference, the industry is urging clothing manufacturers to embed RFID chips directly into their clothing for purposes of inventory control and loss prevention, known in the industry as item-level tagging, according to consumer privacy expert Katherine Albrecht, who co-authored the book on RFID, Spychips.
And that raises what she calls a “privacy nightmare”

“We’re here to let the industry know that consumers don’t want tracking devices in their clothing,” Albrecht said.
“When they embed [RFID] into clothing, or shoes, or other items people wear or carry, they can also put the readers to pick up those signals into floors, doorways, ceiling tiles, anywhere people go, and use them to track and identify people”

Retailers would create databases linking individual RFID chips to consumers at the point of purchase, creating a database of what each person bought which would allow businesses or governments to keep tabs on every individual passing through a given area.
The technology to accomplish this tracking, Albrecht says, has already been developed

A conference attendee who could not be identified because he is not authorized to speak for his company said that such tags would be decommissioned before the customer left the store.
But Albrecht responded that the tags would merely be placed in a dormant state and could be reawakened at any time, as it would be too expensive to use tags which could be deactivated permanently

“You can’t put your clothing in the microwave to kill these chips, because it could catch fire,” she said

Some attendees actually stopped to talk with the 14 protesters and present their case. An attendee who could not be identified because he is not authorized to speak for his employer spent nearly an hour talking to protesters and pointing out that RFID has good uses as well. “There’s potential for abuse in everything,” he said.
“All of those retailers, all they care about is making sure they have the right products at the right time, and actually saving money”

Police did not interfere with the protest at all. One off-duty NYPD officer who could not appear on camera for personal safety reasons showed his police ID and pointed out that it contains a tracking device which allows the officer to be located in the event of an emergency.
Security staff spoke to Albrecht and told her that they agreed with the protest, she said

The trouble with databases is that despite every possible precaution, they can fall into the wrong hands. These databases will be an inviting target for today’s criminals, for whom obtaining data is the first step to committing a crime. In addition, once such a database is created, the tracking will inevitably follow.
Government will be unable to resist having yet another way to track, monitor and control people, built by hapless companies who are just trying to save a few bucks

"Thirty-two years of my life was spent in design engineering and electronics — designing microchips in the Bio-Med field

"In 1968 I became involved, almost by accident, in a research and development project in regard to a spinal bypass for a young lady who had severed her spine.
They were looking at possibly being able to connect motor nerves, etc

"It was a project we were all excited about. There were 100 people involved and I was senior engineer in charge of the project.
The project culminated in the microchip that we talk about now — a microchip that I believe is going to be the positive identification and "the Mark of the Beast"

"Working on the microchip, we had no idea about it ever being an identification chip.
We looked at it as being a very humanitarian thing to do… Our team was made up of people out of San Jose, people out of Motorola, General Electric, Boston Medical Center — it was quite a group of people

"As the chip began to evolve, there came a time in the project when they said that the financial return on bypassing severed spines is not a very lucrative thing for us to be into, so we really need to look at some other areas.
We noticed that the frequency of the chip had a great effect upon behaviour and so we began to branch off and look possibly at behaviour modification

"The project almost turned into electronic acupuncture because what they ended up with was embedding a microchip to put out a signal which affected certain areas.
They were able to determine that you could cause a behavioural change

"One of the projects was called the Phoenix Project which had to do with Vietnam veterans. We had a chip that we called the Rambo chip.
This chip would actually cause extra adrenaline flow

"There are 250 000 components in the microchip, including a tiny lithium battery. I fought them over using lithium as a battery source but NASA was doing a lot with lithium at that time and it was the going thing. I had talked to a doctor at Boston Medical Center about what that concentration of lithium in the body could do if the chip broke down.
He said that you would get a boil or grievous sore

"As the development moved along, I left the project and came back as a consultant several times.
I was used in many meetings as an expert witness in regard to the uses of the microchip

"I was in one meeting where it was discussed, ‘How can you control a people if you cannot identify them?’ People like Henry Kissinger and CIA folk attended these meetings

"As we developed this microchip, as the identification chip became the focal point, there were several things that were wanted.
They wanted a name and an image (picture of your face), Social Security number with the international digits on it, finger print identification, physical description, family history, address, occupation, income tax information and criminal record

"I’ve been in seventeen ‘One World’ meetings where this has been discussed, meetings in Brussels, Luxembourg, tying together the finances of the world

"…There are bills before Congress right now that will allow them to inject a microchip in your child at the time of birth for identification purposes. The President of the United States of America, under the ‘Emigration Control Act of 1986’, Section 100, has the authority to deem whatever type of identification is necessary — whether it be an invisible tattoo or electronic media under the skin.
